• Deposits are non-refundable as orders are made specifically for your requirements.

• Please note that production of your blinds/ curtains /shutters etc. may often begin on the day of receipt of your order, therefore cancellation of your order or changes to your specifications will not be possible.

 

• Lead time on blinds is approximately 2- 3 weeks , shutters 2-3 weeks ( Irish made option only  ) and made to measure curtains and roman blinds approximately 4 weeks.

 

• Delivery times may vary subject to the availability of materials. We do not accept any liability for delays, which are a result of a third party or unforeseen circumstances. A member of our team will contact you once your order is completed and ready for installation, please refrain from contacting us between ordering and installation for an installation time as it's a made to measure product we can only confirm this when your order is manufactured and in our possession

 

• Colors and textures may vary slightly to samples. Slight warpage may occur with wooden blinds. Extra-large wooden Venetian blinds are advised to be used as tilt-only and not recommended for the constant raising and lowering.

 

• We offer a free measuring service however if customers are happy to place an order with their own measurements we can't be held responsible for any discrepancies or issues with the blinds as a result of inaccurate measurements and charges may occur to have the blind altered or replaced

 

• Please note that none of our blinds (including blackout blinds), provide total blackout, as there will always be ingress of light into the room around the sides, top and bottom of the blinds. Blackout Blinds, will block out most of the light and will also provide great privacy, but will not provide total darkness in your bedrooms. The only blinds we can guarantee total blackout with is roller cassette blinds and velux blinds that have side channels and a head cassette at top to block out all the light . These blinds are considerably more expensive.

 

• Roller Blinds in excess of (W) 3000mm x (H) 1900mm may require fabric to be turned or joined horizontally. Most Roman Blinds and Curtains will have a vertical join.

• Very large roller blinds may require a horizontal join in fabric , your sales rep will advise you if this is going to be the case and can recommend another option / fabric where you could possibly  avoid a join . Most roman blinds and curtains will have multiple widths of fabric used meaning they generally have vertical joins this is very normal in made to measure curtains and roman blinds.

 

• If there is a problem with your blind, please contact us immediately, any repairs, replacements or call outs to have it rectified will be done so free of charge within 12 months of invoice date once your blinds, curtains or shutters have been paid in full. Any repairs/call outs after this may incur a charge. A member of our fitting team will give you an invoice on day of fitting, please keep this in a safe place as it will have your order number and date etc on it and will act as your 12 month guarantee.

• Delays in lead times which is out of our control may occur from time to time . Also it is rare but it is possible for products to arrive damaged or not fitting correctly which sometimes is only revealed on the day of your installation and on the  Unpackaging of your goods . We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and return another day . Please note none of the above situations warrant any sort of discount on the price of your goods .

 

• Slight hairline cracks in weak plaster or tiles may occur when drilled into, we cannot accept any liability  for this rare and unlikely situation

 

• Dun A Rí Blinds Ltd are Compliant to EN13120 European Standards for child safety ,All our blinds are manufactured and fitted to these standards , All Our blinds will come with safety cleats , break away etc however we recommend keeping cords out of reach from young children , move cots and furniture away from window dressings , Dun A Rí Blinds Ltd cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur 

 

• All Goods shall remain the property of Dun A Rí Blinds Ltd until payed for in full. If any amount owing by the purchaser to Dun A Rí Blinds Ltd is overdue, Dun A Rí Blinds Ltd, may (without prejudice to any of its other rights or remedies) repossess and resell any or all of such goods and cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have been caused in the fitting or removing of their goods.
